Krozka Sharpe Guitar Options

Custom options are built into the whole handmade guitar package from Krozka Sharpe Guitars. These features help tailor the looks, feel and sound to match the player's personal requirements.

Woods: all our woods are sourced from well-managed forests helping to maintain a natural source and the finest quality tonewoods throughout the range.

If you describe your sound requirements we can select a timber to match. Mahogany and Korina (African Limba) are our favourites for excellent sustain. For neck woods we use either 3 piece Mahogany or Korina for a warmer sound and single piece spruce/maple for a brighter sound.

Neck shapes: Every player deserves to have a neck that has been sculpted to fit their playing style. The more information and feedback we get from the player, the better the neck will feel. Whether the guitarist chooses a V profile, soft oval, offset, deep roundback or flat back, is entirely their own personal request.

Guitar Pickups: Krozka Sharpe Guitars continue to develop a range of handmade electric guitar pickups with vintage and modern sounds. The option of having up to five sounds from a single pickup can inspire the guitarist to play in ways they had not considered before - perfect for the recording guitarist. Possible sounds include: phase in/out, series/parallel and coil-cut mode.

Guitar Strings: This is an area often overlooked, which can result in your guitar feeling and sounding similar with a standard set of strings. Although a good product, the standard machine wound string sets don't do it for us, so we have developed a range of handmade Rock Bottom Electric Guitar Strings that have a more even tonal balance and finely tuned tension across the set.
